Executive Director - Engagement, Partnerships and Policy
Amy is an experienced executive leader, passionate about working with others to drive positive social change. She has experience leading strategic engagement and reform across sectors and diverse organisations in government and with the care and support sectors, in Victoria and nationally, for almost 20 years.
This includes leading multi-disciplinary teams to drive effective policy, communications and engagement. This experience includes leading reforms in early childhood strategy, diversity and inclusion, and social cohesion, as well as overseeing the strategy and establishment of a new family violence agency in Victoria, alongside targeted workplace reform initiatives.
Amy is a recipient of the IPAA Victoria Top 50 Public Sector Women Award (2019) and holds senior qualifications in social welfare, international development and social inclusion.
